At New Turf Tech, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your product, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery, under the following conditions:

• Eligible Returns: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email/contact]. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval.
• Exchanges: If you'd prefer an exchange, we’re happy to accommodate—just let us know when you contact us.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom orders, clearance items, and products marked as "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

New Turf Tech 90-Day Warranty

At New Turf Tech, we stand by the quality of our products. That’s why we offer a 90-day limited warranty on all items purchased directly from us. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

What’s Covered:

• Manufacturing defects
• Faulty materials or workmanship

What’s Not Covered:

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear
• Damage from improper installation or unauthorized modifications
• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

1. Contact our customer service team at @support@newturftech.com with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
2. If your claim is approved, we’ll repair or replace the product at no additional cost to you, or offer store credit if a replacement isn’t available.

Warranty Limitations:

• Warranty claims must be made within 90 days of purchase.
• Customers are responsible for shipping the product to us for inspection, but we’ll cover the return shipping for repaired or replaced items.

Disclaimer

White fuzzing may appear on the HIT⌖GRID and PITCH⌖GRID due to the strong adhesion of the foot pads; this is completely normal. Slight color fading may also occur if left outdoors in the sun. These products are not designed for use with metal spikes. NTT recommends using sneakers or turf shoes.

Do NOT use metal or hard rubber cleats on the portable/home use hit-grid or pitch-grid. The heavy duty industrial facility hit-grid and pitch-grid will be available shortly.
